Export to Excel

Export the selected entries to an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) file with conditional formatting, embedded formulas, and a weighted function to generate overall developability scores. This is useful for archiving results, generating presentations, or comparing AbLead computational predictions with empirical assay data.

Key Features

  • Dynamic KBC Formulas: Overall developability scores are calculated dynamically per row using Excel formulas that evaluate individual property columns against the project's active KBC scoring rules.
  • Full Conditional Formatting: Column cells replicate the platform's visual severity color coding (Good, Low, Medium, High) using Excel conditional formatting rules and color scales.
  • Custom Metadata Integration: Custom columns imported via Upload Metadata... (such as expression titers, Fab Tm, HIC retention times, or binding EC50 values) are included in the export alongside their user-configured threshold rules and numerical formats.
  • Clean Handling of Empty Cells: Blank or missing data values (such as unmeasured assay fields or uncalculated metrics) automatically bypass numeric conditional formatting comparisons, ensuring that empty cells remain uncolored and blank in Excel rather than evaluating numeric inequalities (such as < or <=).
  • Score Contribution Breakdown: To export itemized penalty points and scoring rules for individual candidates or across the complete project with full category color parity, see the Score Contribution Breakdown Excel export in Plot Results.
