Administrative Access & Use Restrictions
System administrators may access user entries only when necessary for technical support, server maintenance, or troubleshooting platform performance.
Non-Use Guarantee: Your data will not be used by KBC for any secondary research, commercial consulting, or internal development purposes. Specifically, user-uploaded data and results will not be used to train, refine, or validate any proprietary machine learning models or scoring algorithms owned by Ketchem Biotherapeutics Consulting LLC.
Data Security & Shared Environment Disclaimer
The AbLead platform utilizes shared hosting environments and industry-standard security protocols. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure. By using this service, you acknowledge that KBC cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You agree that KBC shall not be held liable for unauthorized access, "hacking," or data breaches resulting from vulnerabilities in third-party hosting infrastructure, internet-based transmission, or force majeure events.
Intellectual Property & Validation
The client retains all intellectual property rights to their uploaded data and specific analysis results. All underlying algorithms, proprietary scoring methods, software code, and workflows remain the exclusive intellectual property of KBC.
Validation Requirement: AbLead provides computational predictions based on established biophysical methods and third-party libraries. These outputs are theoretical and intended for research purposes only. It is the user’s sole responsibility to perform independent laboratory validation (in vitro/in vivo) before making any claims regarding therapeutic efficacy, safety, or clinical utility.

THE ABLEAD TOOL AND ALL GENERATED RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KETCHEM BIOTHERAPEUTICS CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, DATA, OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.
LIABILITY CAP
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF KETCHEM BIOTHERAPEUTICS CONSULTING LLC EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
GOVERNING LAW: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
